Family-to-Family Education Program available in Watertown Do you have a family member who lives with
mental illness? NAMI (National
Alliance on Mental Illness) Watertown is offering a FREE class to help you
understand the illness, how to better communicate with your family member,
the importance of caring for yourself, as well as a host of other topics. The Watertown classes are held in the
evening for 12 consecutive weeks, beginning Tuesday, September 14. The class is free and geared to family
members whose loved ones have schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major
depression, panic disorder, anxiety disorders, or obsessive compulsive
disorder, and possibly a co-occurring substance abuse problem. Call Paul & Nancy Reisch at 882.2254
for more information or to register.
